Antitrust and Competition Law
I am a U.S. and EU antitrust and technology lawyer. I have represented clients in merger and conduct matters before the Federal Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of Justice, the European Commission, MOFCOM, MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), the German Federal Cartel office and other agencies. Most of my clients are in the Internet and high technology space. I am interested in economics, cryptography, modular synthesizers, and the protection of civil liberties.
